Keskpangad osalevad kaks korda aastas majandus- ja rahandusküsimuste nõukogu (Economic and Financial Affairs Council, ECOFIN) mitteametlikel kohtumistel, kus Eesti Panka esindab president.
The Economic and Financial Affairs Council is responsible for EU policy in three main areas: economic policy, taxation issues and the regulation of financial services.
The Conference recalls that the European Council has invited the Commission to examine whether similar cases exist in the other Member States, to apply as appropriate the same standards on similar cases and to inform the Council in its ECOFIN formation.
