There shall be established a Committee on Aquaculture which shall be open to all members of the Commission and which shall: ... (d) seek additional support to complement the contribution of the institutions, which support the established networks, namely, CIHEAM, MAP-PAP/RAC and FAO, and to enhance the work of the four networks;
(e) carry out other duties related to aquaculture promotion and development that may be referred to it by the Commission.
