The CE marking symbolises that the product in question is in conformity with all applicable provisions (or requirements) of the applicable directive(s) that provide for CE marking (essential requirements, harmonised standards and specific dispositions), and that the product has been subject to the appropriate conformity assessment procedure(s) contained in the directive(s).
