The Afghanistan Programming Body, which brings together representatives from the United Nations, the non-governmental organization (NGO) and donor communities, has provided a forum for policy discussions and consensus-building on the direction of humanitarian activities. The programme also benefits from biannual high-level policy discussions among the members of the Afghanistan Support Group of donors.
