There shall be attached to the Commission an Administrative Commission on Social Security for Migrant Workers made up of a government representative of each of the Member States, assisted, where necessary, by expert advisers. A representative of the Commission shall attend the meetings of the Administrative Commission in an advisory capacity. 2. The Administrative Commission shall be assisted in technical matters by the International Labour Office under the terms of the agreements concluded to that end between the European Community and the International Labour Organization. 3. The rules of the Administrative Commission shall be drawn up by mutual agreement among its members.
