(1) Lasteasutuse liigid on laste vanust ja erivajadusi arvestades järgmised: 1) lastesõim – kuni kolmeaastastele lastele; 2) lasteaed – kuni seitsmeaastastele lastele; 3) erilasteaed – kuni seitsmeaastastele erivajadustega lastele.
