Kui alternatiivselt toodetud elektrienergia müügimaht ületab 2 protsenti eelmisel aastal Eesti Vabariigis kasulikult tarbitud elektrienergia kogusest, kinnitab Energiaturu Inspektsioon võrguettevõtjale konkreetse ostuhinna vahemikus 60-90 protsenti kodutarbija põhitariifist.
