Until 31 December 1977 and by way of derogation from paragraph 1, Denmark, Ireland and the United Kingdom shall be authorized to apply duties not lower than those listed in Annex II to imports of fresh oranges falling within subheading 08.02 ex A of the Common Customs Tariff and of fresh mandarins (including tangerines and satsumas), clementines, wilkings and other similar citrus hybrids falling within subheading 08.02 ex B of the Common Customs Tariff.
