Käesolevas seaduses sätestatakse nõuded telekommunikatsioonivõrkudele, telekommunikatsioonivõrkude opereerimisele ja osutatavatele telekommunikatsiooniteenustele ning riikliku järelevalve kord kehtestatud nõuete täitmise üle.
1. Amended proposal for a EP and Council Directive concerning the protection of personal data and privacy in the context of digital telecommunications networks in particular the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) and digital mobile networks.
2. Within six months of the entry into force of this Joint Action, the Council shall examine, on the basis of a report from the Presidency, drawn up after consultation of the European Judicial Network, whether the Network should be linked by a telecommunications network.
