In exceptional circumstances, and for imperative reasons of public or animal health waivers and fee reductions may be granted case by case, by the Executive Director after consultation of the competent Committee, for medicinal products with a limited number of applications. Decisions to grant waivers or reductions shall state the reasons on which they are based. The general criteria for granting waivers and reductions shall be determined by the Agency's Management Board.
