Tootja, kes impordib toortubakat, maksab sellelt tollimaksu ettevõtte vahelaost tootmisse andmise momendil vastavalt Rahandusministeeriumi poolt kehtestatud korrale.
Raw tobacco varieties shall be classified in the following groups:
(a) flue-cured: tobacco dried in ovens with controlled air circulation, temperature and humidity;
(b) light air-cured: tobacco dried in the air under cover, not left to ferment;
(c) dark air-cured: tobacco dried in the air under cover, left to ferment naturally before being marketed;
(d) sun-cured: tobacco dried in the sun;
(e) fire-cured: tobacco dried by fire;
(f) Basma (sun-cured);
(g) Katerini (sun-cured);
(h) Kaba-Koulak (classic) and similar (sun-cured).
