The production refund referred to in Article 11 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1870/80, results in supply prices for the industries in question lower than the prices established by the common organization of the market.
