  • Varuna käsitatakse bilansis materiaalse vara jääke ja hankijatele tehtud ettemakseid bilansitähtpäevaks. Bilansis kajastatakse varu kirjetel: "tooraine ja materjal", "lõpetamata toodang", "valmistoodang", "ostetud kaubad müügiks", "ettemaksed hankijatele".
  • Käesoleva paragrahvi lõikes 1 nimetatud andmete all mõistetakse eelkõige teavet pakutavate kaupade päritolu, omaduste, valmistamisviisi, hankimisviisi või -allikate, hinna, tariifi, allahindluse, auhindamise, müügi põhjuste ja varude suuruse ning ettevõtja eesõiguste, finantsseisundi ja muude omaduste kohta.
