Venemaa Tollikomitee on 08.08.2000 avaldanud määruse nr. 782 „Konvoeerimise lõpetamisest“. Määrusega peatatakse ajutiselt kuni erikorralduse kehtestamiseni kiirreageerimise eriüksuste poolt osutatav tollikontrolli all olevate kaupade ja sõidukite konvoeerimine. Samuti on peatatud kõigi eelnevate samasisuliste määruste kehtivus.
