1. Bunker supplies for sea-going vessels shall not be included in the calculation of internal consumption.
2. Owing to its specific characteristics, the Hellenic Republic shall be granted a non-renewable additional period of three
years to apply the obligations of this Directive in relation to the inclusion of bunker supplies for international aviation in the calculation of internal consumption.
