  • (1) Laskeinstruktor on käesoleva seaduse mõistes laskevõistlust või laskeharjutust läbiviiv ja laskealast tegevust korraldav isik, kellele laskespordiorganisatsioon on väljastanud laskeinstruktori litsentsi ja kellel on kehtiv relvaluba.
