  • (1) Satelliidina käesoleva seaduse tähenduses käsitatakse mis tahes sidesatelliiti, mis edastab avalikuks vastuvõtuks mõeldud signaale selleks ettenähtud sagedusaladel, samuti ühest geograafilisest punktist teise geograafilisse punkti toimuva suletud ühendusega signaale edastavat satelliiti tingimusel, et nende signaalide individuaalvastuvõtt nendes geograafilistes punktides on teatud asjaoludel võimalik

  • (1) For the purposes of this Act, ‘satellite’ means any communications satellite operating on frequency bands which are reserved for the broadcast of signals for reception by the public or which are reserved for closed, point-to-point communication on the condition that the circumstances in which individual reception of the signals takes place are comparable to those which apply in the first case.
