In this case, CCAM of the individual institutions shall no longer need to be consulted on the matter but shall be informed of the opinion delivered; it may be called upon, in particular at the request of one or more heads of administration or one or more CCAM of the individual institutions, to examine and make recommendations on any matter likely to be of interest or to have repercussions from an interinstitutional angle in respect of the award of contracts in the areas specified in Article 117.
