Good to know
  • Kõik liiduvälisest riigist liidu tolliterritooriumile toimetatud kaubad tuleb tollile esitada selleks ettenähtud korras ning tollile esitatud kaup loetaks ajutisel ladustamisel olevaks (LTS art 139, art 144). Ajutine ladustamine on kauba vahepealne seisund, mis kestab kauba tollile esitamisest kuni kauba tolliprotseduurile suunamiseni või kauba reeksportimiseni.
