activities which essentially aim at providing the skills, knowledge and aptitudes required for employment in a particular occupation (or a group of related occupations) in any field of economic activity
Sertifikaat käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on haridust tõendav dokument või dokumentide kogum (välja arvatud diplom või tunnistus), mis tõendab, et taotleja on keskhariduse omandamise järgselt läbinud tööalase koolituse õppeasutuses või töökohal või õppeasutuses ja töökohal ning taotlejal on reguleeritud ametikohal töötamiseks vajalik kutsekvalifikatsioon.
2. Tööalase koolitusega seotud õppepuhkusel viibivale töötajale säilitab tööandja vastavalt täiskasvanute koolituse seaduse § 8 6. lõikele keskmise palga vähemalt 10 päevaks aastas.
1. Tööalane koolitus võimaldab kutse-, ameti- ja/või erialaste teadmiste, oskuste ja vilumuste omandamist ja täiendamist, samuti ümberõpet kas töökohas või koolitusasutuses. Tööalase koolituse läbimist tõendab tunnistus või tõend.
