For the electric equipment the following monitoring and indicating devices must be provided:
(a) a green pilot light indicating that the installation is functioning;
(b) a red pilot light which comes on when the installation breaks down or is accidentally disconnected, when the electric motor is overloaded or when one phase of a three-phase supply fails.
