(a) - potato starch falling within CN code 1108 13 directly produced from potatoes, excluding sub-products,
- starch falling within CN codes 1108 14 and 1108 19 90, of roots and tubers falling within CN code 0714, - flour and meal falling within CN code 1106 20, shall be assimilated to maize starch falling within CN code 1108 12 ...
