Proovi võtmise õigus on asjakohase ettevalmistusega spetsialistil (edaspidi proovivõtja). Proovi võetakse tootmise ja turustamise käigus ning ilu- ja isikuteenindusettevõtetes.
Each basic sample taken shall be labelled with the following information: - name of the cosmetic product, - date, time and place of sampling, - name of the person responsible for taking the sample.
