The preliminary draft budget shall be accompanied by working documents containing the following information: (a) in respect of staff: - for each category of staff, a detailed list of budgetary posts and numbers of persons in post on the date of the submission of the preliminary draft budget, indicating their distribution by grade and administrative unit (or principal operational unit for the establishments of the Joint Research Centre).
