The sale of movable property shall be ... advertised by a notice of sale published in the Official Journal of the European Communities if the unit purchase price was at least ECU 340 000. Such sales may also be suitably advertised in the press of the Member States. At least one month must elapse between the date of publication of the notice in the Official Journal of the European Communities and the conclusion of the contract of sale.
