The angle of the light beam of the dipped-beam headlamps shall be determined under the following load conditions: ... all the seats occupied, plus an evenly distributed load in the luggage boot, in order to obtain the permissible load on the rear axle or on the front axle if the boot is at the front.
It shall be accompanied by the following documents in triplicate, and by the following particulars: ... a description of the vehicle type in accordance with the points listed in 1.1, together with the restrictions on loading, particularly the maximum permissible load in the boot; ... a list of devices prescribed by the manufacturer for the lighting and light-signalling assembly.
