An undertaking to extensify livestock farming or otherwise to manage livestock farming shall comply with, at least, the following conditions: ...
(c) livestock density must be defined taking into account all grazing livestock kept on the farm, or in the case of an undertaking aimed at limiting nutrient leaching, all livestock kept on the farm relevant to the undertaking in question.
