Liisingulepinguga kohustub liisinguandja omandama liisinguvõtja poolt määratud müüjalt teatud eseme (liisinguese) ja andma selle liisinguvõtja kasutusse, liisinguvõtja kohustub aga maksma liisingueseme kasutamise eest tasu.
