  • (1) Maaparandussüsteem on maatulundusmaa viljelusväärtuse suurendamiseks ja keskkonnakaitseks vajalike ehitiste kogum, mis on kinnisasja oluline osa tsiviilseadustiku üldosa seaduse § 54 lõike 1 tähenduses.
