If the Member State so decides, the managing authority may be the same body as the paying authority for the assistance concerned

(1) Korraldusasutus nõukogu määruse (EÜ) nr 1083/2006 artikli 59 lõike 1 punkti a tähenduses on Rahandusministeerium või valdkonna eest vastutava ministri määratud Rahandusministeeriumi valitsusasutus.
