Cleats shall be set to fit the taper of the wedges. They shall be at least 65 millimetres (2 1/2 inches) wide and spaced not more than 600 millimetres (23 1/2 inches) centre to centre; the cleats along each side or end shall be not more than 150 millimetres (6 inches) from the hatch corners.
