The costs of transport linked to the free distribution of all products withdrawn from the market shall be met by the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) on the basis of the flat-rate amounts determined in accordance with the distance between the point of withdrawal and the place of delivery set out in Annex V.
