  • Euroopa Kohtu koosseisus on üks kohtunik igast ELi liikmesriigist. Kohut abistavad 9 kohtujuristi, kelle töö seisneb Euroopa Kohtusse esitatud kohtuasjade kohta ettepanekute esitamises.
