  • Kui käesoleva seadustiku § 150 kohaldamisest ei tulene teisiti, võimaldab seestöötlemise tolliprotseduur tolliterritooriumil ühe või mitme töötlemistoimingu käigus kasutada: 1) välisriigi kaupa, millelt juhul, kui see kompensatsioonitoote kujul taasväljaveetakse, ei tasuta impordimakse ning mille suhtes sellisel juhul ei rakendata kaubanduspoliitilisi meetmeid; 2) vabasse ringlusse lubatud kaupa, millelt tasutud impordimaksud makstakse tagasi või neid vähendatakse, kui see kaup veetakse välja kompensatsioonitoote kujul.
