Eesti siseveed on:
1) Eesti sisemeri;
2) sadamarajatiste kõige merepoolsemaid punkte ühendavast mõttelisest joonest kalda poole jäävad Eesti sadamate veed; 3) jõgede, järvede ja muude veekogude, mille kõik kaldad asuvad Eesti maa-alal, veed.
Eesti õhuruum on Eesti maa-ala, territoriaal- ja sisevete ning piiriveekogude Eestile kuuluvate osade kohal asuv õhuruum.
