Õigustõlke töörühma koosolekul 3. detsembril 2004. a otsustati välislepingute puhul tõlkida ratification, acceptance, approval and accession edaspidi: ratifitseermine, heakskiitmine ja ühinemine ehk täpsemalt, tõlkida nii acceptance kui ka approval ühe, kõige loogilisema tõlkevastega heakskiitmine. Acceptance of this Agreement by any member of associate member of the organisation shall be effected by the deposit of an instrument of acceptance with the Director-General of the Organisation and shall take effect on receipt of such instrument by the Director-General.
