(1) Grupierand on valdkonna eest vastutava ministri ettepanekul Vabariigi Valitsuse määrusega antud üldine luba käesoleva seaduse §-s 6 sätestatud tingimustele vastavate teatud liiki konkurentsi kahjustavate või kahjustada võivate kokkulepete sõlmimiseks, kooskõlastatud tegevuseks või otsuse vastuvõtmiseks.

(1) A block exemption is general permission granted by a regulation of the Government of the Republic on the proposal of the minister in charge of the policy sector to enter into a certain category of agreements, engage in a certain category of concerted practices or adopt a certain category of decisions which complies with the conditions provided for in § 6 of this Act and restricts or may restrict competition.
