  • Riik peab need kehtestama vähemsoodsate alade ja põllumajandusliku keskkonnatoetuse maksmiseks ning GFP kujutab endast kontrollitavaid standardeid, mis hõlmavad endas vähemalt erinevatest õigusaktidest tulenevaid kohustuslikke keskkonnanõudeid.
