15) gaasihoidla on gaasiettevõtja omandis või halduses olev rajatis, mida kasutatakse gaasi hoiustamiseks, kaasa arvatud veeldatud gaasi hoiustamiseks kasutatav veeldatud gaasi terminali osa. Gaasihoidla hulka ei arvata veeldatud gaasi tootmistegevuseks kasutatavat terminali osa ning süsteemihalduri ülesannete täitmiseks kasutatavat rajatise osa;, defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, 15) ‘gas storage facility’ means a facility owned or operated by a gas undertaking and used for the storage of gas, including the part of an LNG terminal used for the storage of LNG. A gas storage facility does not include the part of an LNG terminal which is used for production operations, or the part of a civil engineering work used for performing the duties of the system operator;, defined within the scope of this Act
