  • multifunktsionaalne materjal mida iseloomustab koostise ja/või mikrostruktuuri järk-järguline muutus ruumis eesmärgiga saavutada struktuursete või funktsionaalsete omaduste muutus (vt funktsionaalne materjal, gradientmaterjal)
    Good to know
    • Materjali iseloomustab koostise ja struktuuri astmelisus kogu mahus, põhjustades sellega materjali vastavaid omaduste muutusi.
  • multifunctional material which contain a gradual spatial variation in composition and/or microstructure for the specific purpose of controlling variations in structural or functional properties (see: functional material, graded material)
    Good to know
    • A material characterized by the variation in composition and structure gradually over volume, resulting in corresponding changes in the properties of the material.
    Good to know
