  • § 20. Ventilatsioonisüsteem (1) Laevaruumides peab olema küllaldane õhuvahetus ja nõuetekohane sisekliima loomuliku ja/või sundventilatsiooniga (mehaaniline sissepuhke- ja väljatõmbeventilatsioon) olenevalt ilmastikutingimustest.
  • Õhu liikumise viisi järgi eristatakse loomulikku ja sundventilatsiooni. Loomuliku ventilatsiooni puhul liigub õhk süsteemis jaheda ja sooja õhu erisuguse tiheduse mõjul. Sundventilatsiooni puhul liigub õhk mehaaniliste seadmete - ventilaatorite - toimel.
