Kohus vabastab pankrotihalduri Kindlustusinspektsiooni, pankrotitoimkonna või garantiifondi ettepanekul, kui pankrotihaldur on kaotanud Kindlustusinspektsiooni, pankrotitoimkonna või garantiifondi usalduse.
