  • 11) lõppsaaja on isik või asutus, kellele toetuse saaja annab toetust vastavalt käesoleva seaduse § 13 lõikes 1 nimetatud toetuse andmise tingimuste õigusaktile või taotluse rahuldamise otsusele või kes saab toetust Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EL) nr 1303/2013 artikli 2 punkti 11 tähenduses rahastamisvahendist (edaspidi rahastamisvahend).
  • defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
  • 11) ‘final recipient’ is a person or agency to whom the beneficiary shall provide support pursuant to the legislation on the conditions for the provision of support specified in subsection 1 of § 13 of this Act or the grant decision or who receives support from the financial instruments for the purposes of point (11) of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter financial instrument).
