Välisriigi kohtu- ja vahekohtu otsuse tunnustamine
(1) Välisriigi kohtu- ja vahekohtu otsust tunnustatakse vastavalt Eesti välislepingutele.
(2) Tunnustamise avalduse vaatab läbi Tallinna Linnakohus.
(3) Kui välisriigi kohtu- või vahekohtu otsus tuleb täita Eestis, tunnistatakse see täidetavaks vastavalt Eesti välislepingutele.
