Maaparandussüsteemi reguleeriv võrk (edaspidi reguleeriv võrk) käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on veejuhtmete võrk liigvee vastuvõtmiseks (edaspidi kuivendusvõrk) või vee jaotamiseks (edaspidi niisutusvõrk).
