(2) Esmatoode käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EÜ) nr 852/2004 toiduainete hügieeni kohta (ELT L 139, 30.04.2004, lk 1–54) artikli 2 lõikes 1 sätestatud toode.
