Usage examples
  • Door-facings, of fibreboard of a density exceeding 0,8 g/cm3, primed, moulded to the shape and style of a traditional internal panel-door. These door-facings are integrated in internal doors.
  • It was found that hardboard made from eucalyptus wood has a number of technical characteristics which make it particularly well-suited for doorskins for high quality, finished doors. First, its especially short fibres give the finished hardboard a very regular appearance, high density and stronger tensile properties than non-eucalyptus hardboard. Second, the eucalyptus tree has hardly any bark, a factor which ensures that blemishes in the pressed board are minimal.
