  • (2) Dividend on väljamakse, mida tehakse juriidilise isiku pädeva organi otsuse alusel puhaskasumist või eelmiste majandusaastate jaotamata kasumist ning mille aluseks on dividendi saaja osalus juriidilises isikus (aktsiate või osade omamine, täis- või usaldusühingu osanikuks või tulundusühistu liikmeks olemine või muud osaluse vormid vastavalt äriühingu asukohamaa seadustele).
