  • 20) ‘direct line’ means a line that is located in the service area of a network operator and that lacks a direct connection to the network, except for a closed distribution network, but that may be indirectly connected to the network through an electrical installation of a market participant and that serves to transmit electricity from a power station to another power station or to another market participant for its own consumption, resale or transmission;
