  • (2) Digitaalne teenus on: 1) teenus, mis võimaldab tarbijal digitaalsel kujul andmeid luua, töödelda või salvestada või neile juurde pääseda, või 2) teenus, mis võimaldab jagada tarbija või teiste digitaalse teenuse kasutajate üles laaditud või loodud digitaalsel kujul andmeid või teha nendega muid toiminguid.
  • defineeritakse kõikide Eesti õigusaktide ulatuses
  • (2) A digital service means: 1) a service that allows the consumer to create, process, store or access data in digital form; or 2) a service that allows the sharing of or any other interaction with data in digital form uploaded or created by the consumer or other users of the digital service.
